  • Custom or personalized instruments are non-refundable unless damaged during shipping.

  • After approval, return the product(s) to our provided address. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

3. Refund Processing

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process after confirmation of the returned product.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will cover the return shipping and issue a full refund or send a replacement, as per your preference.

5. Non-Refundable Items
