2. Returns & Refunds

• GoldSun Instruments offers premium-grade surgical instruments that are inspected for quality. If any issues arise, we will repair or replace the instrument free of charge if it meets our quality standards.

• Custom Clearance: We help with custom clearance documentation, but refunds are not provided for clearance issues.

• Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel an order, contact us at goldsunins@gmail.com before shipment. Cancellations after processing are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

3. Account & License

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Any activities conducted under your account are your responsibility.
