1. Warranty Coverage

GoldSun Instruments provides a 1-year warranty for all surgical instruments, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty includes:

  • Repair or Replacement: If an instrument is found to have manufacturing defects within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

  • Scope of Coverage: This warranty applies only to instruments used for their intended purpose and under normal operating conditions.

  • Exclusions: Damage caused by improper use, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or wear and tear is not covered.

2. Service Requests

  • To initiate a warranty claim or service request, please email goldsunins@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

  • For warranty claims, you may be required to return the faulty instrument. Return shipping costs will be covered by GoldSun Instruments if the issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect.

3. Repair and Maintenance Services

  • Routine Maintenance: We offer maintenance services such as cleaning, sharpening, and reconditioning of surgical instruments to keep them in top condition.

  • Repair Services: Instruments that are out of warranty or damaged due to improper use can be repaired for a fee. We will provide an estimate for repairs before any work begins.

4. Extended Warranty

  • An extended warranty option is available for customers wishing to extend their coverage for an additional 2 years. This extended warranty includes coverage for repairs or replacements under the same terms as the standard warranty. Contact us for pricing and details.

5. Service Time

  • Warranty Repairs: Typical service time for warranty repairs or replacements is 5-10 business days, depending on the complexity of the issue.

  • Standard Maintenance & Repairs: Non-warranty maintenance and repairs may take slightly longer based on the extent of the service required.

6. Non-Warranty Services

  • Cost for Non-Warranty Work: For instruments outside the warranty period or those damaged by misuse, we offer repair services at competitive rates. A cost estimate will be provided before we proceed with any non-warranty repairs.

7. International Service & Shipping

  • As a global exporter, we provide international shipping for repairs, maintenance, and warranty claims. For international clients, shipping costs for return services may apply depending on the location.
